The 4th annual Beer, Wine and Music festival, known as Woof-Stock, benefits the homeless pets at the Allegany County Animal Shelter. It will be a day filled with great wine and craft beer, music, food, raffles, and craft and artisan vendors.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the gate. Ticket locations include: Southern States in Cumberland, The Book Center, The Draft, Madison Paige Boutique, Barkin’ Basement, and the Allegany County Animal Shelter.
