“Joie de Vivre” (an exuberant joy for life) is a French Farmhouse style ale, Biére de Mars, that is spicy, malty, fruity, and elegant all wrapped up in one neat package. Our version, seasoned with dried rose hips and black cardamom has a sophisticated flavor and aroma that is a thrill for all the senses, combining all the classic peppery and floral notes from a farmhouse yeast with a subtle spice addition that raise it to a new level.
